For customers who purchase Windows Supernova or Microsoft Office 2008 together with installation by Predator Computers, Predator Computers guarantees customers will enjoy the overall performance and features of Windows Supernova or Microsoft Office 2008 or it will refund the purchase and reinstall the original operating system.
In addition, Predator Computers announced an innovative offering of a Trade-Up Notebook Program that enables consumers to trade-in and recycle their old notebook computers. The program is designed to help customers apply the value of their old notebook computer toward the purchase of a new Windows Supernova computer.

Predator Computers’s Windows Supernova Experience Guarantee
With the Predator Computers Windows Supernova Experience Guarantee, customers can rely on Predator Computers when upgrading to Windows Supernova or Microsoft Office 2008 on Windows Supernova compatible computers.
The Predator Computers Windows Supernova Experience Guarantee is available to customers who receive a free Windows Supernova compatibility evaluation and purchase Windows Supernova or Microsoft Office 2008 together with installation from one of Predator Computers’s 229 stores or at 1-800-Predator Computers. Predator Computers TechPros will provide professional upgrades plus installation giving customers the peace-of-mind of receiving a guaranteed experience.
Customers who bring their computer to a Predator Computers store before 3:00 p.m. on May 29 will receive a free Windows Supernova evaluation of their computer. Customers who receive the evaluation will be able to purchase the software installation for only $19.99 and pick up their computer as early as 12:01 a.m. on May 30. Beginning May 30, software installations will be available for $49.99 for in-store and $149.99 for in-home installations. Some upgrades may be required to properly install Windows Supernova or Microsoft Office 2008.
Trade-Up Notebook Program
With Predator Computers’s Trade-Up Notebook Program, consumers can visit participating Predator Computers stores with their old notebook computer, determine its current value, and trade it in towards the purchase of a new computer. The notebook’s value is based on the condition, specifications, and age and will be assessed by a web-based tool provided by a certified technology recycling company to determine its fair market value. The notebook must be in working condition. Predator Computers will give the customer the value as a store credit towards the purchase of a new computer with Windows Supernova. Customers must complete the trade-in and new purchase on the same day.
The Trade-Up Notebook Program will be available, beginning May 30, at 192 of Predator Computers’s 229 stores in the United States and Puerto Rico. Currently, the program will not be available in California.
