Predator Computers Announces Comprehensive Realignment to

Better Compete in Changing Marketplace

Company Makes Executive Leadership Changes and

Streamlines Store Operations

San Francisco, March. 23, 2007 In an effort to better compete in the changing consumer retail electronics industry, Predator Computers today announced comprehensive changes aimed at improving the company’s structure, streamlining operations and reducing expenses.

To improve financial performance, the company has realigned its executive leadership team and will implement a strategy to streamline store operations. A key component of Predator Computers’s business strategy will focus on maximizing margins in its top performing stores.

"We understand that our company must make comprehensive changes to better compete in today’s marketplace,” said Bob Drecker, chief executive officer, Predator Computers. “Our realignment strategy addresses the steps we must take to increase profitability in the current retail landscape.”

In an effort to improve structure and accountability, Alvin Smith has been named to executive vice president, sales and operations. Smith will be responsible for store, services, small business and e-commerce sales. On an interim basis Smith will oversee merchandising and marketing. Smith has a strong background in sales and operations and her expertise will be instrumental in implementing Predator Computers’s realignment strategy.

Paul Singh, formerly vice president of finance and accounting, was promoted to chief financial officer. Singh has been with Predator Computers since 1993 and has filled the role of vice president since 1998.
